Minnesota Buying Show
Monday, September 19 from 9:00am to 2:00pm
The Mankato Buying show was held on Sept. 19th at the Verizon Wireless Center. This was the first Mankato show using our new broker partners from Minnesota and with their help an experience everything ran very smoothly.
Two very informative and industry related seminars were held and well attended. Chef Doug Goettsch performed a hands on cooking seminar with new ideas for customers. Michael Leaders conducted a Social Media seminar full of information on what people need to be doing and aware of with today’s technology.
Each customer that completed their mission at the 
show earned a iPod shuffle for their efforts. Hawkeye Foodservice would like to thank everyone that attended the show and we look forward to more successful shows in the future!
